We ship to South Africa and selected international destinations where shipping is available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, strikes, weather, incorrect addresses, payment verification, supplier delays, import inspections or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For South African orders, delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout where available.

For international orders, delivery availability, shipping costs and delivery timelines depend on your destination country. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order may lawfully be imported into and used in your country.

Risk in the products passes to you when the order is delivered to the delivery address provided by you, collected by you, or received by a person authorised to accept delivery on your behalf, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges or failure to collect the parcel, we may deduct reasonable delivery, return, handling or customs-related costs from any refund, where permitted by law.
